DESCRIPTION

The warm up will be a relay race zig zagging through a set of cones, this will get them working on their agility, but also get them thinking about how they hold the ball and react to obsticals, which will come into play later in the session.

So taking it in turns the player at the front the line gets the ball and runs down the path to each cone in a zig zag. When they reach the end they run back and pass to the next player. This continues until all the players have been.
