warm up: i will get the layers to run round the pitch to start the warm up, i will then call them in to me, iwill have 2 cones set out, the group will split in half, half will stand behind one cone and the other half behind the other. i will have 2 cones 10m away in the same position, the players will do different types of dynamic stretches nbetween each cone, when they get to the other cone they turn around and jog back. After they have finished the dynmaic stretches i will give the whole group 3 mins to do their own invidivual static stretches.
