Description
Coach Shouts "PLAY"
Red Player starts with the ball from the cone and jogs into the contact area As reds are attacking they should be in an attacking formation. Blue defenders start moving forward to meet the ball carrier in the contact zone, Blue player makes the tackle with his 2 bag holding defender only an arm width away.
