DESCRIPTION

Top Left: A tackle bag is laid on the floor. The player has to get down into a spider position and push the tackle bag along the floor using his shoulder.

Top Right: A tackle pad is laid on the floor. The player has to get down into a spider position and push the tackle pad along using his hands.

Bottom: Two tackle bags are placed in a "T" formation. The player has to get the stem of the "T" up right. He must start from a spider position and only use his shoulder.
