Body position

Knees bent Eyes open (targetting the contact area) Straight back (push chest out head up and arms up hands facing forward.)

Into contact

Step into contact area to disrupt ball carrier's balance. Hit the other player with your shoulder wrap arms and drive from low to high to maximise the unbalancing of the ball carrier.

Maintain leg drive through the contact area.
