Step 1: Feeder will call a number
Step 2: The player with that designated number will turn & proceed to carry the ball into contact
Step 3A: Remaining 2 will perfrom up/downs and follow ball carrier in support
Step 3B: Both defenders will move off the line to meet the ball carrier. They will have to communicate with eachother who will tackle the ball carrier.
