Safety - Cheek to cheek, push over and land on top of opponent.
Effective - Tackle around knees/legs to stop opponent from moving.
Attacking - Low body position, protect ball, run at speed, charge with shoulder.
Progression 1 - attacker walks in to defender who starts on one knee with arm out ready to tackle.
Progression 2 - attacker jogs in to contact with defender standing upright but ready to tackle
Progression 3 - defender starts on try line, lineout throws the ball to attacker who then starts a competitive 1 v 1 trying to score
