Rugby Drill Demonstration


One player in a pair will wear an agility harness. on Go players will sprint from the tryline/5m line to the 22m line with the other player providing resistance. when player reach the 22m line the supporting player releases the runner who then sprints to the 10m line. players must hold balls in TWO hands to change the dynamics of running. This will be done 5-7 times per player.
