The Guantlet
4 players with one SH start at the 50M line. The purpose of this drill is to work off loads, running at angles, then into open space.
4 players with 1 SH start at the 50M lline. The drill starts with the 1xDEF who can engage the 4 players. Players can use any method to pass Def. but its encouraged that they start with Ruck or Maul so the SH can off load to the last player.
Second phase is 2X4DEF. Players can use any method to pass DEF but it is encourgaed they draw DEF in to create overlap. DEF can only move side to side.
Thrid phase is 3X4DEF like the first two iterations, players can use any method but ball must be scored under the posts. This can change after its achieved. Def can only move side to side.
