Touch Rugby, touch must be made with the arm between the elbow and the shoulder. If touched by just a hand then attacker is allowed to continue.
On touch, attacker presents the ball and scrum half can play away
Every touch, the defence must alternate between being narrow (shoulders touching) and wide (spread from touchline to touchline)
Attack looking to set up 2 wave attack every phase to give us options to play whatever the defence is doing.
If the defence is narrow, we are looking to play around them but blocking with out HL runners and hitting out B
If defence is spread, spaces are in between defenders and we are looking to punch through using our HL runners. Try and get weak touches rather than strong ones
