Rock and Bale set up

Your tips and session ideas have really brought some interest back...
Eifion, Rugby Coach

DESCRIPTION

Similar to HL/B set up practise, Players work in groups of 5 running off of a stationary 9

As they come round the corner, they set up their 2 wave attack unopposed then play, with the 10 having the option to hit rocks or bale

COACHING POINTS

Order of set up is First Receiver, Rock 2, Rock 1, Bale, then last player pushing Bale to wing and becoming new Bale

Important that Bale is 'uncomfortably deep' so that we have the time to play around defences
