Players work in groups of 4 working round the corner from wide to narrow passing, then narrow to wide passing
Players follow the blue lines first, passing the ball along the line.
They then rest on the red cones, tunr 180 and follow the red lines, passing the ball along the line before giving the ball to the next waiting group.
Making sure we keep our depth as we receive the pass, as in Breakout 2 week 1
Making sure players square off their shoulders towards passer so that we do not drift and eat up space
