Running in channel- (Grey) player starts with ball at green cone, runs round blue cone and up channel at speed. At the correct point,without changing pace they should pass the ball accuratley through the two poles to the static player (blue). the grey player then runs up to end of channel and round outside to join back of que, blue player then passes ball to player at front of the que on green cone- idealy five runners and one static player so set up as many of these as you need for the numbers.
