Ready Ready Up!
6 channels, tackle bag or cylinder held by ne player in each channel. Player in channel 1 is always captain shouting ready ready up when they will get up from laying on their fronts and move uo as a line if they have a cylinder in their channel they shoud put it on the floor and get to their feet as quick as possible. If they have a hand held pad in their channel they should hit grip and drive back five paces before releasing. Once they have released they should run to the back of the line but move along one channel, so tht everyone gets a chance in each channel with different tackle pad.
Try o keep this high tempo. We are looking for person in the first channel calling the line (responsibiltiy and confidence). we want them to come up as a defensive line keeping shape to make the hits at the same time.
