DESCRIPTION

Drill will work on fitness and rucking.

3 players, one with shield one holding tackle bag and one doing drill. One tackle pad on its side half way between.

  • Start from either side of bag
  • Tackle standing tackle pad or drive the shield
  • Turn around, hurdle over bag in middle and drive/tackle
  • repeate for 2 mins
  • Change players

COACHING POINTS

  • Good body position in tackle and drive
  • Player on Shield give them something to push against
  • Count 1-2-3 when pushing pad
