Using half a court or full court if room permitting, set pairs of cones equal distances down the centre channel. 1 attacker per cone. Attacker drives forward (lead), turns inward so that they face the court, wide clear out using side step motion (focus on low stances, feet shoulder width apart, on the balls of their feet), quick change of pace into a fast, strong drive to the next cone. Repeat this motion all the way down the court. when attacker reaches the end, walk around outside of court back to the start and repeat on opposite side of court.
Focus on timing and keeping in sync, attackers must also be aware of spacing and other players (look before driving)
