1. Worker stands in the middle of 2 throwers. Worker drivers, catches ball (inside pivot or catch and turn in air) Shoulder pass to other thrower, drive and repeat. Focus on catching the ball high and not dropping it so it is easier to release quicker. Count how many passes can be made in a minute. 1min on 30sec off repeat.
2. same catch, pass and drive motion. This time add in a dodge/cut before driving onto ball. Record how many passes can be made in a minute. 1 min on 30 sec off. Repeat.
