1. groups of 3 or 4. 1 passer, 1 worker, 2 targets. Passer stands at the top of the square in the middle, the 2 targets stand at the back on either end of the square. worker in the middle must predict where the pass is going and intercept x 5 each then rotate. Let worker try to figure out best positioning before stepping in. Worker should start slightly closer to one player than the other whilst turning their body slightly to face more open player. bend knees slightly ready to push off
2. If there is more time or less players available. In a square 2 workers, one starts forward the other back and at opposite sides. Working for 1min on 30sec off players must move around the square reading off each other. If there is another player they can be a passer and put in surprise balls
