Step 1: Split the class into four groups. Two balls will be needed for this drill.
Step 2: Each group will have their own corner. Both balls will be given to opposite corner.
Step 3: 1 individual from both corners without the ball will run into the middle and catch a ball from their right. They will continue to throw the ball forward and follow their pass through. They will line up behind the group they passed onto.
Step 4: Once the ball has been passed on it will now be in different corners. Now 1 individual from corners without the ball with recieve the ball from their right, pass the ball forward and follow through.
Repeat this
Start the groups close together and work on recieving and catching the ball while moving.
When individuals start to grasp the technique, move each group further out until they reach each corner of the centre court.
