In a circle with 15-20 cones
- fwd/ bwd step overs and finish with sprint forward or jump and sprint (add ball for advanced- coach to feed)
- side step overs L&R and finish with sprint forward or jump and sprint (add ball for advanced- coach to feed)
In 3s with 4 cones
- running cone to cone/ side to side turning hips x 3
- running cone to cone fwd/ bwd turning hips- eyes on ball/ fwd, alternate side of hip turn x 3
- running cone to cone in square pattern clockwise and anti clockwise x 2
- running cone to cone in cross over pattern x 2
