- Students get in pairs and line up next to their partner facing the teacher
- One line is labelled ‘rats’ and one line ‘rabbits’
- The teacher calls out either ‘rats’ or ‘rabbits’ and the respective line must try to run to the line
- Their partner must try to tag them before they reach the line

- Use different locomotor movements such as skipping, hopping, galloping
- Make sure students are spread out enough that they don’t run into each other
- Students must tag their partner nicely, and not push them or shove them
