DESCRIPTION

  • The GA screens the opposition GD
  • The WA comes around from her side of the court to receive the ball from C.
  • C drives towards the circle
  • The GA takes off down the court towards the post
  • The GS comes from the circle to receive pass from WA, hopefully then passing to C
  • C feeds GA who shoots & scores

COACHING POINTS

  • Ideally WA times her drive behind her GA just before the whistle
  • The GA simultaneoulsy faces her opponent with a body block - feet slightly more than shoulder width to protect space & delay the opponent from getting to the ball
