The Black Arrows should represent the ball movemt.
The Green Arrows represent direction of play e.g. where player goes next to keep the flow of the drill
The different coloured people represent the drives each player at each point should be making.
The curved line is to represent a lob pass.
Ball & line up if more than 7 players begins where ball is indicated above.
1. RED drives straight receiving ball from BLUE player (BLUE clears into REDS spot).
2. From that drive RED passes to the YELLOW player who has driven forward then led towards the centre for a long driving pass (RED clears to YELLOWS spot)
3. YELLOW passes to BLACK who has driven out to receive the pass from YELLOW on the goal ring (YELLOW clears to BLACKS starting posi)
4. ORANGE either holds to get a lob on the corner or makes very small play to get in front for the pass from BLACK (black then clears to oranges spot)
5. ORANGE passes into WHITE who is in the ring WHITE then plays a shot then passes back to the beginning cone/lines up.
ADD DEFENDER IN GOAL RING & AT ONE OR MORE OTHER STATIONS TO INCREASE DIFFICULTY
