Black cone: Sprint towards transverse line. Jog back. 

Red Cone: 20 sit ups 20 push ups. repeat is nessecasy

Green Cone: Skipping ropes

Blue Cone: Plank

White Cone: non stop shooting

 

1 minute per activiting

30 seconds break between each activity
