Two mid-court players split leads, whichever player does not receive the ball turns and drives onto circle edge to receive the ball.
GS times movement to receive feed then takes shot.
As soon as ball is delivered to the shooter the mid-court players run to other side of the court to start movement.
Pair does this six times before rotating roles.
Increase difficulty by adding a defender forcing the feeder to make a decision about initial pass and forcing the mid-courter driving to the circle to beat their defender.
Shooter to vary movement in the circle - sometimes baseline drive, sometimes holding etc.
