This will be the first drill, and works o had eye coordination and speed. So essentially works on the ability to catch and pick up a all as well as to be able to move quickly...
This drill is carried out in pairs (will be one 3 due to their being odd numbers)
There will be two cones, set out two metres apart and opposite each other. One of the partner acts as the feeder and can drop or throw the ball 'anywhere' (within reason).
The receiver has to pick up or catch the ball in as little time possible, pass back to the feeder and return to the cone to start again. Each player works for 2 mins at a time, so essentially has the same amount of time to rest.
