In pairs about 7m apart, 2 cones and a ball. One person works for 45 seconds then swap over.
Drive forward but F does not give the pass.
A the clears wide around the cone for about 4 steps then drives hard back at a tighter angle (In comparison to Drive and Cleat Fitness Drill 1)
F times the pass so A running onto pass.
Retreat to restart. Repeat on other side.
Variation: F can give the ball at the cone OR may fake it (always gives the re-offer driving ball)
Driving hard, recognising ball not being given so clearing wide enough
A definite clear, create the space don’t just sidestep straight
Hard change of pace between clear and the drive; use of arms for momentum, taking feet all the way
