DESCRIPTION

You will need a netball/basketball court & ball

  • Students line up in a zigzag facing each other
  • First person starts with the ball. Chest pass to the second person and so on
  • When it gets to the last person its goes back up the line until back at the first person

Progression

  • Same as before but once 1 has passed the ball they run next to 5 and 2 runs next to 4
  • When the ball gets to 5 they pass to 2
  • Continue until ball reaches other end of court
  • First team wins
  • Variation: come back down court to starting positions.
