DESCRIPTION

Attacker change of direction (each player gets to do exercise for 1 min)

pairs with a ball and 4 cones

Firstly the attacker only qualifies to receive the ball when one change of direction was made.

*Progression - 3 change of direction has to be made

4 change of direction has to be made

Make the square bigger and add a defender.

Coaching Points

Change of direction should be made on the outside leg.

Eye contacts has to be made with the feeder.

Hips needs to be turned to the ball when breaking free in order to receive the ball.
