- Two attackers will stand approximately 5 meters apart
- They will pass the ball between each other
- The defender will time their run to try to intercept the ball without contacting the attacker
-> If they are successful they will pass the ball back and continue their figure of eight (as shown by the diagram)
-> If not, they will simple continue their figure of eight and re-try to intercept the ball
Progressions:
- The attackers can change the speed they are passing the ball
- The attackers may fake or delay the pass to confuse the defender
