Netball Drill Demonstration


A fitness drill to get player smoving


Have each player start at the Fast Feet, and continue through to each drill, making sure there is plenty of time for the slower players to finish and not be overtaken.


20x Fast Feet

Dodge between the cones

Feeder to lob ball to player. They Must jump for the ball

High knees to goal 3rd line

5x High jumps, knees bent low and arms to stretch high in the air

Jog to goal ring

shoot a goal, with a maximum of 3 attempts

Side step along goal line


10x Star Jumps in the corner


Sprint to base line
