Players will set up as shown. Attackers on the cones and defenders on each attacker(except the first). players aim to catch the ball in between cones and must jump to catch a lob over their opponents heads. Players should be aware when they are next and start moving for the ball as the previous player catches it.
Defenders must stand at least a metre away, and must attempt to intercept lob. If lob is intercepted thrower must aim higher, taking into account the height of the defender. Defender will then pass it back to the attacker and the drill will just continue.
Players will then rotate down the court but staying in attacking/defending until each person has had a turn in the circle.
