The goal is to try and always get our shooters into the circle in this scenario WD has been chosen for Centre pass off. GA=24 has dropped back towards the circle with GS. WA=14 holds position to recieve the next pass. Centre now moves into the shooting third to help supoort team in case the shooters aren't free. And GK moves up to the third to support the GD.
Notice how all the players are spread out. The GD is holding position in the back half of the Centre third this will create room for the C and WD to move around, but GD is still close enough to recieve the pass if needed.
