The goal is to try and always get our shooters into the circle in this scenario GD=20 has been chosen for Centre pass off. GA=24 has dropped back towards the circle with GS. WA=14 has cut across court to recieve the next pass. Centre now moves into the shooting third to help supoort team in case the shooters aren't free. And GK moves up to the third to support the GD.
Notice how all the players are spread out. The WD is holding position in the back half of the Centre third this will create room for the C and GD to move around, but WD is still close enough to recieve the pass.
