Change of direction:
Get players to start in a line facing down court (passer stands next to the line facing down court). Then one by one, have them drive to the top of the circle and cut back to the player with the ball to receive a pass. encourage them to make their own decisions but always driving back to the passer.
Add in a defender, here they may have to front cut, or drive forward and hold back for a drop pass.
Set up some half court and practice in a half court setting.

Get them to understand that they clear and then re offer back to the ball.
Centre could then be another option down to the top of the circle and playing on centre could then drive to pocket as well leaving the top open to the WA
