Group is spilt to create equal number of players behind each red cone. The group that has 2 balls rather then 1 shoots first. The shooter collects their own rebound and then passes to the next player with out a ball in the line across from them. That shooter then joins the end of the line they passed to. Once a plyer recieves the ball they should shoot it.
Set a goal for your team to achieve. Once they achieve their target get them to move to the orange cones and repeat the process. For more difficulty the cones can be moved further back or to a different position. If the group gets out of synced make sure the both sides have the balls ready and that the group with 2 balls shoots first.
