Around the world with a change of direction
As above, but the coach will call 'CHANGE.' This means that the players need to change the direction on their rotation whilst keeping the ball 'alive.' Dropped balls do not count as a successful change.
- Players need to make sure that they react to calls, and keep control of the ball.
- If their base it too wide they will find it hard to change quickly and efficiently.
- Vary when you call the change to test the players ability.
