Players pair up, starting either side of the post (1). They jog out to 2, touch hands, then run backwards in opposite directions along the circle edge to 3, then return to the top with high knees, touch hands again (4), then side step to 5, high knees to 6, grapevine to 7.
A 2nd pair of players starts as soon as the 1st pair reach 4. A 3rd pair starts as the 2nd pair reach 4. The 1st pair sprint from 7 to 1 when the 3rd pair leaves 2. The cycle continues, with unlimited pairs.
