Players pair up with same position from other team (e.g. GS-GS, C-C etc.) All pairs stand 3 metres apart, and are given a number. First pair are given 5, next 10 and so on. When the players are told to start, they must pass the ball to their pair based on the number they are given. When they complete their passes, they must shout 'bump' and swap with the pair next to them, and carry on (adding 5) to their original number. Those that were bumped down, must take 5 off their original number. After 5 minutes, stop the game and see how many times each pair has been bumped up or down.
