DESCRIPTION

Demonstrate how to pivot; explain it like you are squishing a bug.

Everyone stands on the line.

Version 1: start off with walking. Stop when the music stops or when the whistle is blown. Stop on both feet, choose one foot as your planted foot and the other as your pivot foot. Pivot without moving the other foot.

Version 2: jog.

Version 3: run.

Version 4: teach them how to pivot if they stop on one foot.
