Aim: To be the quickest to get the cone
Rules: Players face each other in pairs, with a cone between them
Players do "fast feet" whilst responding to commands (e.g. touch head, knees, eyes etc)
When "cone" is called out the 1st person to get the cone is the winner.
The player without the cone completes a forfeit action, such as running out to the sideline etc.
Progressions include changing the actions and forfeits and working in teams (each row as a team and team with least cones does forfeit)
