1. Select a player to stand in the middle of the circle and have the rest of team form a circle around them.
2. The player in the centre starts with the ball and passes to one of the players in the circle (receiver 1).
3. Receiver 1 then passes the ball back to the player in the centre.
4. The player in the centre then passes to the person to the left of the first receiver (receiver 2).
5. Receiver 2 holds the ball while the middle person and receiver 1 switch places.
6. Receiver 1 catches the ball from receiver 2 and throws it to receiver 3
7. Repeat this process until everyone in the circle has received the ball and has had a turn in the middle.
Tips: Each rotation around the circle can be a different style of passing (e.g. bounce pass, shoulder pass, then bounce pass). Get the person in the middle to pivot once they catch the ball.
