DESCRIPTION

QUICK PASSES/REACTION

quick passing between me and the players around the circle--> all the girls have a turn

TEAM WORK/PASSES

  1. 2/3 teams(even number per team)--> all the balls are on cones in the middle--> the team lines up diagonally (like diagram) need cones on all corners used
  2. team passes the balls from the middle cones to the outside cones: you can only pass 1 ball at a time(once the ball is on the cone, you can start again
  3. once all balls are not in the middle you use tennis balls then you steal from other teams
  4. whoever has the most balls after 3 mins wins
