DESCRIPTION

Drill 6:

Player F must do fast feet while completing 5x consecutive various passes. They then must move in a figure eight around the two cones. Ths drill is competed at maedium intensity (75%). Each player in the pair does the drill 2x before swapping. They do the entire drill 2x through. 

This mimics the fatigue felt at the end of a game of netball.
