Drill 3
This drill begins in the formation shown in the diagram with even numbers behind each line. The drill begins with one player running forwards, recieving the ball from their right and then continuing to pass onto the player in the line opposite them. The aim is that the drill be completed without making a stepping or dragging infringement. The drill then repeats, starting with the person who has redieved the ball.

The aim is on accuracy in both passing and catching. The drill can be changed so that the players are recieving from the left also.
