Red C and Red GA enter first square. Black C and Black GD defend them. Feeder feeds ball into Red players, who must pass the ball between themselves successfully three times before feeding the ball back to the feeder and moving onto the next square to repeat process.
Continue for one full rotation of line, then swap defenders out.
