One of the red players (attacker) calls out their own name
Blue player repeats their name and side steps towards that player who then sidesteps to the centre and becomes the defender.
Repeat the above steps with the new defender.
Keep on balls of feet.
Head up and look ahead.
Back straight, knees slightly flexed.
Feet shoulder width apart weight over feet.
