Rules:
You can only pass the ball by rolling along the floor.
Players have 3 seconds to pass.
No 3 foot marking, players can only look to intercept the pass.
Team score by rolling to a team mate who catches the ball past the base line.
If ball goes over side line, throw in to opposition.
Progression
Decrease the amount of time to pass the ball; 2 seconds, 1 second.
