Split the team into half. Get half of them to line up at the second transverse line in the middle facing the centre circle. Get the other half to line up at the third transverse line opposite facing the centre circle.
The front person in each line must drive forward towards the centre circle and change direction to either to the right or left and receive a pass. Turn around and pass back to the line they started at. Second person in line must be ready to receive a pass. Worker should join the opposite line.
