Player A starts with the ball
The 2 players on either side of the ring make a lead to receive the ball
Player A throws the ball to one of these players. Which ever one doesnt get it they run on a little bit more and get the next pass
Meanwhile the 2 players standing together in the centre third start to run towards the outside of the court, ready to drive back into the middle. The player opposite the one that has the ball will recieve the next pass
The other player that started in the centre thrid, makes a straight drive into the ring to receive the ball and then to start the next circuit
The first 2 players then become the next 2 to start in the centre third, and the last player that drove into th ring becomes Player A to begin the drill again.
